Squires Designer Homes is a custom builder located in Maroochydore, servicing all areas of the Sunshine Coast.

We specialise in building new homes, renovations and extensions and work alongside architects and building designers to custom design our client's  dream home. 

Whether our clients have a block of land or need to demolish an existing house and rebuild a new home, we can help our clients come up with a design to suit their lifestyle and their block.  

Orientation and aspect are key elements to create a light-filled and ventilated home that takes adavantage of our Queensland climate. 

Capturing natural light and breezes while offering protection from storms is all part of designing a home suited to the Sunshine Coast climate.  So our services inlcude helping clients utilise their block as best they can.  

We also take out the leg-work for our clients by organising all of the following as part of our hands-on service: 

• soil testing/engineering

• development and council certification/approval

• all associated plans and documentation 

• three dimensional designs for all cabinetry and joinery

Building with SD Homes means our clients can choose their own desired fittings, fixtures, colours and more without restrictions.

Renovations / Extensions

Our designers will not only help clients to create their perfect new home, but can also help to recreate and update an older home in need of a modern makeover. 

Whether it is a first home , fourth home, renovation or extension, we can work with our clients to develop a plan suitable to their budget and personal requirements. 

If our clients have their own plans, we will happily work alongside the designer throughout the building process. 

Pools and landscaping 

As well as building dream homes, we can also create an outdoor sanctuary with stylish pools designed to suit any block; large, small or narrow. 
And we can also provide landscaping services to complete that designer back yard look.  

Interior Design/Styling
