Yorlambu new build

The existing home at this property was an old original beach shack full of asbestos.  So the decision was made to demolish and rebuild.

Trevor Reitsma of Reitsma and Asssociates designed a modern Californian-inspired home fit for a family.

The modern home has a U-shape surrounding its central pool that is within view from almost every room in the home.

A home office, bedrooms and second living was located to the front of the home while the open-plan living zone and master retreat is located toward the rear of the home.

A renovation and extension to a Brisbane home transformed this Queenslander-style cottage into a a stunning modern home that retained many of its original features.
